The Catherina Residence was created for guests who value trips in a large, family group. It is a luxury house with an area of 220 m2 with a view of Giewont. Designed for a maximum of 10 people.
The house has five bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, four bathroom rooms, a billiard room, a private sauna, a children’s play area and its own garden. The property is located in the center of Zakopane near Krupówki, the White Valley and the “Wielka Krokiew” hill.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer with ICE-CUBE system, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, tableware for min. 12 people, cutlery, glass for various types of alcohol, a set of pots and pans.
Rest corner with coffee table, dining table with chairs for 12 people, fireplace, 55-inch HD TV, chest of drawers.
Double bed (160×200), bedside tables, HD TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Private bathroom with shower and hot tub. Exit directly to the terrace.

The residence has 4 bathroom rooms:
1) The bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet, sink and mirror.
2) The private bathroom on the ground floor next to the bedroom has a toilet, washbasin, mirror, shower cubicle with rain shower, hot tub.
3) The bathroom on the first floor has a toilet, sink, mirror, bidet and a rain shower.
4) The bathroom on level -1 is connected to the sauna. The room has a toilet, sink, mirror and shower with rain shower.
* Each bathroom has underfloor heating.

The residence has its own garden with a barbecue area.
There are 3 parking spaces on the property:
